Fully remote across Africa, with flexible permanent, part-time, and contract arrangements.

Person specification
- Minimum of 2:1 degree and at least 2 years experience
- Resident in any African country
- Reliable internet access
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools
- Ability to conduct independent research using online resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with leadership ability
- Excellent digital literacy

Qualifications
- PhD in STEM, Arts, Humanities, or related disciplines
- Strong academic publishing record (first-author experience preferred)
- Reliable internet access
- Strong digital literacy skills
